This is a static website. Its project form helps compose an email on your device; it is not a connected enquiry database or CRM.
What the current project form does
When you complete the project brief and choose “Prepare email brief”, the page is designed to assemble the information into a message for your own email application. You choose whether to send that message. The site does not claim to submit the form automatically, create an account, book a meeting or store the form as a backend enquiry.
If you choose to send an email, the information in that message is delivered to support@ipronto.co.za and will be handled through the email services used to send and receive it. Share only information needed for an initial discussion. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity numbers or other sensitive information in an initial brief.
Why information may be used
Information you voluntarily include in an email may be used to understand and respond to the enquiry you sent. This page does not make claims about a customer relationship, a retention period, a hosting provider, analytics configuration, third-party processors or a legal basis beyond this static email-composition path, because those details require business-owner confirmation.
Hosting and technical information
The hosting platform and content-delivery services may process technical connection information or load platform-branding resources. Application-authored tracking is not included in this build, and automatic site analytics injection is disabled pending a deliberate privacy and measurement setup. This does not mean that all host, badge or CDN processing has stopped. The business owner should confirm the provider details and any required consent before publication.
Your choices
You can contact iPronto directly at support@ipronto.co.za instead of using the form. You can also ask a question about information you have sent. The owner should publish a confirmed process and contact route for requests about access, correction or deletion before relying on this page as a full operational privacy notice.
POPIA and owner review
This page is not a claim that iPronto, a client project or this website is fully POPIA compliant. South Africa’s Information Regulator provides guidance on the responsibilities of private bodies and Information Officers. A business owner should review this notice with the actual delivery, storage, support and marketing processes before launch or before any connected form, analytics or marketing workflow is introduced.
Privacy wording should follow real operations.
If the contact flow, storage, tracking, vendors or business identity changes, this page should be reviewed and updated by the owner. A marketing page is not a substitute for verified operational and legal information.
